Yêu cầu báo cáo tình hình cho vay bằng ngoại tệ(webbaohiem)

Ngân hàng Nhà nước vừa có văn bản yêu cầu các tổ chức tín dụng báo cáo tình hình cho vay, đầu tư bằng ngoại tệ.

Yêu cầu này có trong văn bản số 7493/NHNN-CSTT của Ngân hàng Nhà nước ban hành hôm nay (4/10).

 

Cụ thể, để có cơ sở đánh giá hoạt động cho vay, đầu tư bằng ngoại tệ của các tổ chức tín dụng phục vụ cho việc điều hành chính sách tiền tệ, Ngân hàng Nhà nước yêu cầu các tổ chức tín dụng xây dựng và gửi báo cáo định kỳ hàng tháng cho cơ quan này về hoạt động cho vay, đầu tư bằng ngoại tệ theo mẫu.

 

Báo cáo về hoạt động cho vay, đầu tư bằng ngoại tệ từ các tổ chức tín dụng phải gửi về Ngân hàng Nhà nước (Vụ Chính sách tiền tệ) vào ngày 10 tháng liền kề sau tháng báo cáo.

 

Đồng thời, các tổ chức tín dụng phải xây dựng và gửi báo cáo cho Ngân hàng Nhà nước về nguồn ngoại tệ để trả nợ của khách hàng trong quý 4/2010 và quý 1/ 2011. Báo cáo gửi cho Ngân hàng Nhà nước (Vụ Chính sách tiền tệ) chậm nhất vào ngày 15/10/2010.

 

Trước đó, trung tuần tháng 6/2010, Ngân hàng Nhà nước cũng đã có văn bản với 6 yêu cầu cụ thể đối với các tổ chức tín dụng nhằm kiểm soát quy mô và tốc độ tăng dư nợ cho vay ngoại tệ của các tổ chức này ở mức hợp lý, phù hợp với khả năng huy động vốn, yêu cầu quản lý nhập siêu theo chỉ đạo của Chính phủ.

 

Những yêu cầu trên được đưa ra khi tăng trưởng tín dụng bằng ngoại tệ đã tăng mạnh trong những tháng đầu năm đến nay.

 

Theo thông tin trong báo cáo của Chính phủ gửi Ủy ban Thường vụ Quốc hội ngày 22/9 vừa qua, tính đến hết tháng 8, tăng trưởng tín dụng bằng VND chỉ ở mức 11,2%, trong khi tăng trưởng tín dụng bằng ngoại tệ đã lên đến khoảng 40,1%.

 

Ý kiến của một số chuyên gia trong thời gian qua cho rằng, với tăng trưởng tín dụng ngoại tệ cao nói trên, áp lực trả nợ có thể tác động bất lợi tới nhu cầu ngoại tệ trong thời gian tới.
