I. Thị trường bảo hiểm Phi nhân thọ

Trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2014, doanh thu thị trường bảo hiểm Phi nhân thọ (PNT) ước đạt 13.480 tỷ đồng, tăng 11% so với cùng kỳ, bồi thường ước đạt 4.864 tỉ đồng, giảm 4% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tỉ lệ bồi thường 36% (chưa tính đến dự phòng bồi thường).

Dẫn đầu là bảo hiểm xe cơ giới với ước doanh thu 3.716 tỷ đồng, tăng 7% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, số tiền bồi thường 1.575 tỉ đồng , tăng 6% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tỉ lệ bồi thường 42% (chưa tính đến dự phòng bồi thường).

Tiếp đó Bảo hiểm tài sản thiệt hại ước đạt 3.177 tỷ đồng, tăng 8% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, số tiền bồi thường 1.115 tỷ đồng, tăng 156% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tỉ lệ bồi thường 35% (chưa tính đến dự phòng bồi thường).

Bảo hiểm sức khỏe đứng thứ 3 với doanh thu ước đạt 2.526 tỷ đồng, tăng trưởng 22%, số tiền bồi thường 1.047 tỷ đồng, tăng 11% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tỉ lệ bồi thường 41% (chưa tính đến dự phòng bồi thường) .

Bảo hiểm hàng hóa vận chuyển ước đạt 1.191 tỷ đồng tăng trưởng 15% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, số tiền bồi thường 225 tỷ đồng, tăng 5% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tỉ lệ bồi thường 18% (chưa tính đến dự phòng bồi thường).

Bảo hiểm cháy nổ ước đạt 1.041 tỷ đồng, tăng 22% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, số tiền bồi thường 397 tỷ đồng, tỉ lệ bồi thường 38% (chưa tính đến dự phòng bồi thường).

Bảo hiểm thân tàu và trách nhiệm dân sự chủ tàu ước đạt 1.070 tỷ đồng, tăng 3% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, số tiền giải quyết bồi thường 354 tỷ đồng, giảm 72% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, tỉ lệ bồi thường 33% (chưa tính đến dự phòng bồi thường).

Các nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm khác gồm bảo hiểm trách nhiệm ước đạt 345 tỉ đồng tăng 10% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, bồi thường ước 43 tỉ đồng tăng 177%; bảo hiểm hàng không ước đạt 262 tỷ đồng giảm 9% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, bồi thường ước 25 tỉ đồng giảm 58%, bảo hiểm thiệt hại kinh doanh ước đạt 75 tỷ đồng tăng trưởng 40% so với cùng kỳ, bồi thường ước 16 tỉ đồng tăng trưởng 441%, bảo hiểm nông nghiệp ước đạt 13 tỷ đồng, giảm 87% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái, bồi thường 59 tỉ đồng, giảm 81%.

II. Thị trường Bảo hiểm Nhân thọ

Tổng doanh thu phí bảo hiểm trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2014 của thị trường bảo hiểm nhân thọ ước đạt 12.052 tỉ đồng, tăng 21,7% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Tổng doanh thu phí khai thác mới ước đạt 3.598 tỉ đồng, tăng 20,8%; Tổng doanh thu phí bảo hiểm tái tục ước đạt 8.454 tỉ đồng, tăng 22%.

Về số lượng đại lý: Tính đến hết tháng 6 năm 2014, tổng số đại lý có mặt trên thị trường ước đạt 243.645 đại lý, tăng 6,6% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Trong đó, tổng số đại lý mới tuyển dụng trong kỳ ước đạt 68.808 đại lý, tăng 19,73%.

Về số lượng hợp đồng: Tổng số hợp đồng bảo hiểm khai thác mới ước đạt 515.049 hợp đồng (sản phẩm chính), giảm 11,4% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái; Tổng số hợp đồng bảo hiểm hết hiệu lực ước đạt 333.166 hợp đồng, giảm 30,5%; Tổng số hợp đồng bảo hiểm khôi phục hiệu lực ước đạt 53.033 hợp đồng, tăng 29,3%; Tổng số lượng hợp đồng bảo hiểm có hiệu lực cuối kỳ (sản phẩm chính) ước đạt 5.369.182 hợp đồng, tăng 9,4% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái;

Về số tiền bảo hiểm: Tổng mức trách nhiệm các doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm nhân thọ đang nắm giữ ước đạt 739 nghìn tỉ đồng (bao gồm sản phẩm phụ), tăng 18% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái.

Về trả tiền bảo hiểm: Tổng số tiền doanh nghiệp bảo hiểm đã chi trả cho người được bảo hiểm ước đạt 3.967 tỉ đồng, giảm 3% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái; Tổng số chi trả quyền lợi bảo hiểm ước đạt 2.407 tỉ đồng, giảm 7,5%; tổng số trả giá trị hoàn lại ước đạt 1.058 tỉ đồng, tăng 22,7%; tổng số lãi chi trả cho người thụ hưởng ước đạt 502 tỉ đồng, giảm 20,3%.
