Mô tả công việc:

• Tập hợp, cập nhật và phổ biến văn bản pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động Công ty.

• Tham mưu, tư vấn về các vấn đề có tính pháp lý cho Lãnh đạo phòng và Lãnh đạo Công ty trong công việc có liên quan đến mọi hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty.

• Rà soát và cho ý kiến về tính pháp lý, đồng bộ và nhất quán của các văn bản trước khi Ban lãnh đạo ban hành;

• Hỗ trợ lãnh đạo phòng trong các vấn đề chuyên môn được phân công;

• Tư vấn pháp lý thường xuyên cho các đơn vị;

• Tham gia giải quyết tranh chấp tại Cơ quan chức năng, thɑm giɑ các vấn đề thủ tục pháp lý đối với hoạt động công ty với các cơ quan hành chính.

• Các công việc khác theo phân công của Lãnh đạo Công ty, Lãnh đạo Phòng.

 

Yêu cầu:

• Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành luật.

• Có tối thiểu 01 năm kinh nghiệm, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ.

• Năng động, tác phong chuyên nghiệp, khả năng làm việc độc lập/theo nhóm tốt, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

• Anh văn trình độ C hoặc tương đương trở lên; Tin học văn phòng thành thạo

• Độ tuổi dưới 35.
